What do you get when you put an experienced artist and nine adventurous people willing to try painting together? Check out the photos below to see!
Kathy Hardy Smith, local Strathalbyn artist led a group of people keen to paint a whimsical mystical looking owl. With a finished painting for them to look at, Kathy gave instructions right from the very first pencil line on the canvas-to adding the paint. Each person put their interpretation on to the canvas, selecting different colours and embellishments. The photos show some of the process and some of the outcomes.
A most enjoyable workshop for the group, who got to take home a beautiful unique painting of their own.
