Our Brekky on the Deck fundraiser for Milang Marine Search and Rescue Squadron (MMS&RS) was a big hit! We raised $325.20 from the sale of our BBQ brekky that has been donated to MMS&RS. The commodore of the club even got to have some conversations with potential new volunteers looking to support the work of MMS&RS.
Many folk made the most of the beautiful morning and lingered on the Milang Lakeside Butter Factory deck after devouring their bacon & egg rolls, sausage & bread along with tea and coffee. These were cooked to perfection by our wonderful volunteers David, Leon and Pete with help from Jean, Ginny, Gae & Lance.
