The 11th November was a cool and breezy day, but there was a very good attendance at the service which was held at 10.30am in the Soldiers Memorial Garden.
The service was co-ordinated by MADCA Chairperson Wayne Footer and the service performed by Minister Margaret Holt.
Special thanks were given to the Strathalbyn & District Concert Band for providing the music, to Anne Doecke for playing the bagpipes, to the children of the Milang Campus and also a special thank you to all of the volunteers that have helped on the day.
A delicious Morning Tea was served at the Institute Hall together with a great BBQ provided for by the Milang Men’s Shed.
