
Tai Chi resumes on Wednesday October 23rd after a 3 week break.
Tai Chi is a quiet investment in oneself, in improving our feeling of health, our feeling of wellness, nurturing our connection to ourselves and the natural world.
Grounding connects us lightly to the earth, gentle movements allow us to experience a softness as we cultivate a relaxed and gentle flow of movement.
Mind, body and soul. Relax and regenerate.
We only have one body, it’s best to look after it.
Simple movements that can be taken into everyday routines.

Just for fun have a bit of a shake now, loosen and relax tension downwards. Your body says thankyou as you loosen tension – we all have it! As we head towards fine weather let’s get our bodies in good shape to enjoy it.
